Naga DDB Tribal has promoted COO Clarence Koh (pictured right) to CEO, reporting directly to Kristian Lee (pictured left) who resumes his role as group executive director of the agency’s holding company, Foetus International.

As CEO, amongst Koh’s key tasks will be growing the brand of the agency, expanding its offerings of products and services as well as improving the agency’s status as an employee destination. He spearheads a leadership team consisting of chief creative officer Alvin Teoh, chief growth officer Farrah Harith McPherson, chief strategy officer Alex Goh and ECD Nik Radzi.

Koh joined Naga DDB Tribal in 2014 in the role of business director and has since steadily risen through the ranks as GM and most recently as COO. An experienced industry practitioner of over 20 years, Koh has served stints in several agency networks namely McCann Worldgroup and J. Walter Thompson prior to joining Naga DDB Tribal. A+M has reached out to Naga DDB Tribal for additional information.

Lee said the agency is pleased to have Koh assume the mantle of leading the agency. "During his tenure thus far, he has exhibited all the qualities required to be able to do so," Lee said.

He added that Koh is also intrinsically connected with the DNA of Naga DDB Tribal having heavily contributed to its evolution throughout the past few years.

"In his capacity as a leader, he has outlined clear avenues that are aligned to the ownership's vision of which we are confident will help accelerate our progression as a company," Lee explained.
