MOM names integrated agency partner to bolster the HR profession

The Ministry of Manpower (MOM) has appointed Ogilvy & Mather Singapore to handle an integrated branding and marketing campaign, aimed at highlighting the critical role of HR professionals in driving human capital development.

The account is valued at SG$1,989,760 and will include services such as public relations, counselling, survey, advertising, graphics as well as exhibition and events management. The tender was first launched in September last year and saw two other agencies Mandate Communications and Starlight Advertising, vying for the account.

In August last year, MOM appointed Wild Advertising & Marketing to provide creative services for a communication project worth SG$3 million. Some of the services according to Gebiz, include consulting, survey, advertising and graphics, public relations as well as event management.

Marketing understands that the scope of work also involves developing and executing an integrated communications strategy and is for a period of two years.

In May 2016, it also appointed Publicis as its creative agency. The appointment was for a year with an option to extend for another. Meanwhile, it also appointed BBDO Singapore as its integrated media and advertising agency for the promotion of workplace safety and health for its occupational safety and health division.
