Ministry of Manpower settles creative pitch

Ministry of Manpower has appointed Publicis as its creative agency. The appointment is for a year with an option to extend for another.Also pitching for the account were the likes of Havas Worldwide Siren, Ogilvy & Mather, Gyro Communication, Tactic PR, Wild Advertising + Marketing, Mirum and Sparkflury creative consultants.In 2015, Ministry of Manpower has appointed a roster of agencies to handle its business.These agencies were Y&R Singapore, GroupM, Briq, Burson-Marsteller, Edelman, and Tactic PR. Marketing understands that currently there is no clear outline as to how the work will be divided amongst the agencies.Most recently, Health Promotion Board (HPB) has appointed Publicis Singapore as its creative partner for its public health initiatives. This was following  a pitch called in October last year.
