Boutique digital media agency Mediatropy has appointed Philipp Kristian Diekhöner (pictured) as creative director to help expand the agency’s service portfolio in the fields of brand strategy, experience and innovation. As a creative lead, Diekhöner will work on branding perspectives for the agency’s clients.
Diekhöner’s professional background spans across innovation consultancy, brand creation and service design for clients in Europe and Asia. Most recently he was creative strategist with FutureBrand Singapore where his focus was on helping brands build lasting trust and advocacy. In his new role, he will be reporting to Mediatropy’s co-founders Pierre De Luca and Astrid Boulle.
“Beyond just accepting that advertising, marketing and branding overlap, we are keen to develop leading in-house expertise integrating all three,” said Diekhöner.
Founded in 2011, Mediatropy aims for creative concepts for its clients to become contexualised in the digital experiences. Combining backgrounds in information science, digital advertising and media planning, the agency leads an interdisciplinary team of twelve based in Singapore and Paris with a focus on the APAC market.
“As a young agency, we are delighted to attract talent from big industry players. This puts us in a great position to pioneer novel approaches, evolve industry methodology and becoming leaner and increasingly relevant to clients,” Boulle added.
