McDonald’s wants your opinion on their service

In the light of strengthening its engagement with customers, McDonald’s has launched a new mobile app “MyVoice”, which offers a platform for the tech-savvy to share their feedback.Starting from 17 October, customers can use “MyVoice” to rate their dining experience at a designated McDonald’s restaurant. Real-time feedback from customers will be delivered to McDonald’s restaurant management team via emails swiftly, so restaurants can take follow-up actions as appropriate.The app collects ratings and feedback on the customers’ dining experience in various aspects such as dining environment, food quality, customer service and cleanliness.[gallery link="file" ids="153695,153694,153693,153692,153691"]Randy Lai, managing director of McDonald’s Hong Kong said, “We are proud to offer the first dedicated mobile app in Hong Kong’s F&B industry that leverages the latest technology to collect real-time customer feedback for each of our restaurants. It really reinforces our leadership stance in Hong Kong that we always put customers into driver’s seat.”During the seven-month pilot period, the restaurant has received over 30,000 customers who provided feedback and 77% of the surveyed customers rated 7 or above on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest score.
