McDonald's Hong Kong officially launches Nicholas Tse's food

There has been rumours that McDonald's Hong Kong will be featuring Nicholas Tse's signature food. Finally, the food is available in Hong Kong and Macau.Named "My taste of Hong Kong", the product line-up includes a Bolognese & Fried Egg Angus Burger; a Fried Onion Crispy Pork Cutlet Burger; Hong Kong-style Siu Mei flavoured and Typhoon Shelter Crab flavoured Shake Shake Fries; and a Cookies & Milk Tea McFlurry. A press release from DDB Group Hong Kong said Tse channeled his childhood memories of his beloved hometown, its people and diverse cuisines to create the food.Tse has released a new single (青空) to kick off the campaign. The creative force of DDB Group has also released the accompanying music video on television – entirely unbranded, only with subtle hints of McDonald’s to intrigue the audience.Andreas Krasser, DDB Group Hong Kong's chief strategy officer, said they wanted to bring out Tse and show a more personal side of him, so a song was created to celebrate the city, showcasing how Hong Kong has shaped him.“Hong Kong is a mesmerising city. There is always something new to discover, even for people from here.
