Mars Snacking has appointed Sanjib Bose (pictured) as general manager for Indonesia and Vietnam, expanding his leadership responsibilities after serving as general manager for the Philippines at Mars Wrigley.
In his new role, Bose will lead the newly combined organisation that brings together Mars Wrigley and Kellanova across two of Southeast Asia's largest consumer markets.
Prior to joining Mars, Bose spent 10 years at Kellogg, including as regional CMO for Southeast Asia. Kellogg's global snacks business was later rebranded as Kellanova.

Announcing the move in a LinkedIn post, Bose said: "Having spent a decade at Kellogg and the last four years at Mars, I couldn't be more energised by the opportunity ahead."
"Together with our associates, customers, partners and distributors, we have a unique opportunity to unlock the full potential of an exceptional portfolio across two of the world's most dynamic and exciting consumer markets."
During his tenure at Mars, he said he has played a role in shaping the company's Asia growth strategy, building its digital commerce capabilities across the region, and leading the turnaround of the Philippines business.
Looking ahead, Bose said he sees significant opportunities to accelerate growth across Indonesia and Vietnam while continuing to contribute to Mars Snacking's broader ambitions in the Asia, Middle East and Africa (AMEA) region.
