Malaysia Airlines has launched its latest campaign, "Time for comfort in the skies", inviting travellers to rediscover the joy of premium flying at 30,000 feet. Continuing its globally recognised Time For series, the campaign highlights the airline’s signature Malaysian Hospitality while offering elevated experiences and value across both Business and Economy Class.

Running from 7 to 22 October 2025, the campaign offers exclusive all-in Business Class fares starting from RM699 for domestic routes and RM1,149 for international routes, valid for travel until 31 August 2026. Members of the Enrich loyalty programme enjoy early access on 7 and 8 October, along with an extra 5% discount and special redemption offers. Non-members are also encouraged to sign up for free to access additional perks.

The promotion covers a wide range of destinations across Malaysia Airlines’ global network — from leisure escapes to London or Brisbane, to regional adventures in Dhaka or Hong Kong, and domestic getaways to Kota Kinabalu, Kuching, Miri, Tawau and Penang.

In Business Class, passengers can look forward to enhanced comfort and premium amenities across Malaysia Airlines’ fleet, including the new A330neo aircraft. Travellers will enjoy priority check-in and boarding, access to the Golden Lounge and partner lounges, and thoughtful touches such as the MH Signature Drink on arrival and gourmet dining curated through the airline’s Chef-on-Call service. Guests can also stay connected with complimentary unlimited Wi-Fi via MHconnect, available on selected aircraft for all passengers regardless of cabin class.

Economy Class travellers can also experience Malaysia Airlines’ hallmark warmth and service. Guests have the option to pre-book meals or order onboard from the airline’s Best of Asia menu, featuring authentic regional dishes. From hearty local favourites to kid-friendly options, every meal is designed to bring comfort to the skies. Complimentary unlimited Wi-Fi via MHconnect and a wide selection of entertainment — from movies and shows to games — ensure a pleasant journey from take-off to landing.

Families travelling with children can enjoy a seamless experience with the airline’s MH Junior Explorer programme, which provides curated activity packs and specially crafted meals to keep young flyers entertained and satisfied throughout the flight. Parents can pre-order Junior Explorer meals, while kids can enjoy age-appropriate entertainment designed to make air travel fun and engaging.

Adding to the campaign, Malaysia Airlines has expanded its Bonus Side Trip (BST) programme to include Kuching, Sarawak, in collaboration with the Sarawak Tourism Board. This offers long-haul passengers the opportunity to experience Borneo’s rainforests, wildlife and rich cultural heritage. As the country gears up for Visit Malaysia 2026, the initiative encourages travellers to enrich their journeys by exploring Malaysia’s hidden gems.

Just a week ago, Malaysia Airlines launched a new inflight safety video, titled "Where culture takes flight", celebrating Malaysia’s heritage and scenic destinations. According to a Malaysia Airlines spokesperson, Reservoir Productions was tasked with creating a refreshed safety video that complied with regulations while reflecting the airline’s evolving brand identity. The brief focused on five pillars, including delivering a clearer tone of voice, creating a fresher and more premium look, and reinforcing the carrier’s position as both a global operator and national flag carrier.

Set across landmarks in Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya, and Sabah, Malaysia Airlines’ new inflight safety video blends safety instructions with cultural storytelling. It opens at the pink-domed Putra Mosque in Putrajaya, where a cabin crew member demonstrates luggage stowage and device rules alongside characters in traditional baju Melayu. The journey continues to Kuala Lumpur’s Thean Hou Temple for seatbelt demonstrations, Sutera Harbour in Sabah for life vest instructions, and Mount Kinabalu, where a woman and young girl in Kadazan attire show the use of oxygen masks.
