
Louken Group names new CEO to drive branding solutions

Louken Group has named Lee Hao Ming (pictured) as the new CEO. Lee was previously the managing director of Huggs Coffee. With his background in the creative industry and operational experience in transforming businesses and brands, Lee is well positioned within Louken to lead and accelerate the transformation of brands under Louken’s portfolio through operations, innovation and technology adoption.
According to the release, as part of Louken’s objective to be at the frontier of tech adoption and innovation, Lee will lead the agency in harnessing the latest technology to deliver innovative branding solutions that will empower Asia enterprises to be the next brand powerhouse. In his role, Lee will work alongside Louken Group's fellow partners, Andy Nai, creative director and Noah Lee, strategy director, to build on the foundation of the branding agency.
Luke Lim, founder and chairman of Louken shared, “We are thrilled to have Lee join our team. Given his track record of transforming businesses and brands from scratch, he will provide sharp insight and acumen for brands to do well similarly. We are confident that his expertise and leadership will take Louken to new heights of success.”

Previously, Louken acquired a 51% stake in UI/UX design consultancy firm UXE. Based in Singapore, UXE specialises in user experience for online and offline, focusing on seamless journey design and leveraging on tech as a core.
UXE has worked with clients across the financial services, F&B, retail, consumer products and technology sectors. This includes OCBC, Autodesk Singapore, ASA Advisory, InsurPool, and REAPRA among others. With the acquisition, there will be no job cuts. However, there will be minimal staff reshuffling, said Lim, group CEO of Louken in a statement to MARKETING-INTERACTIVE.
