LOOK Globe reunites Filipinos in tearjerker campaign

Globe Telecom has just released a new video campaign that attempts to pull not just heartstrings but also people and their powerful stories of reconnection together.

“Rediscovering Wonderful Connections” featured three individuals who were candidly given a chance to get in touch with loved ones whom they haven’t talked to for years.

Havas Media Ortega was behind the spot and was launched exclusively online as part of the “Day of Wonderful” campaign which covers YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

The tearjerker video is expected to jumpstart online engagement, eventually reaching Globe customers on social media to encourage them to share their own experiences with the use of the hashtag #WonderfulStories.

"These stories aren't just ordinary and we wanted our customers to know that,” Yoly Crisanto, head of Globe Corporate Communications, said.

“This is a celebration of connections that happen every day. This is our way of giving back to our valued customers for making Globe a part of their lives."

In line with the launch of the video, Day of Wonderful also launched “Wonderfilm,” a nationwide short film contest inviting film and art students.
