Shopper marketing today is a fast evolving space. With new technology constantly emerging, it is vital for marketers to understand how to convert potential customers into buyers . In the second edition of Shopper Marketing 2014, we will be highlighting key issues marketers face when navigating in this space.

Who is the social shopper and how should we socialize with them? Dan Paris, regional managing director, TBWASingapore takes the stage to answer your queries.

Anil Srinivas, director – eCommerce, Dell APJ talks about effective attribution analysis and tracking performance till the shopping cart.


Kicking off the next panel: Han Zantingh, managing director Asia, BrainJuicer; Kensaku Konishi, president and chief executive officer, Canon Singapore & Terry Sales, regional marketing manager, Electrolux Major Appliances – East Asia. The topic for today’s panel is the  importance of a high-street storefront. Are high-street storefronts profitable, or do brands just need them for publicity purposes?

Our first panel kicks off with Lawrence Yeow, APAC retail director, GfK ; Diana Ho, brand manager, shu uemura – Hong Kong and Hywel Evans, regional director of decision science APAC, AIMIA.


Up next Stanley Kee, managing director, SEA, GfK discussing how to survive in an omni channel Singapore.

Taking the stage is  Bob Neville, global retail creative director and head of retail, New Balance. He will be speaking on turning the shopping experience into branded entertainment using technology.


We welcome back on stage Diana Ho,brand manager of Shu uemura to share a case study on social media and shoppe rmarketing. She tells us about what it takes to create good social media campaigns from start to finish.
