The Leading Hotels of the World has overhauled its digital offering, adding social, e-commerce and lifestyle content in a bid to create a central online hub for users.
Phil Koserowski, vice president of interactive marketing, described the revamp as the first step in the evolution of its digital strategy.
He said the design was created for a new level of savvy global travellers looking for a simple booking experience and an abundance of rich content to complement the online research process.
He added the new website also aims to reach consumers across multiple touch points and multiple devices including web, social, online media, eCRM and other emerging channels.
“We will continue to add smartphone and mobile extension of the site, building up robust community for our Leaders Club members and additional content for our consumers.”
The new website also includes an online retail offering, offering exclusive deals and seasonal purchases across a range of hotels and venues.
