Lazada Philippines has teamed up with Canva to launch the Lazada Seller Hub, a new creative resource designed to give Filipino MSMEs greater access to tools for producing marketing content as they compete in the country’s growing eCommerce market.

Available on Canva, the Seller Hub provides Lazada sellers with ready-to-use templates to create professional-looking content without requiring extensive design expertise.

It includes general templates available to all Lazada sellers, alongside seven campaign-specific templates for businesses participating in Lazada’s sale campaigns. New campaign-ready templates are expected to be introduced for each campaign period, giving sellers creative assets tailored to key shopping moments.

“Seller success is at the heart of Lazada’s business, and we know that enabling sellers means giving them more than just access to customers. It means equipping them with the right tools, knowledge and opportunities to grow,” said Alvin Ching, head of general operations at Lazada Philippines.

“By making quality creative resources more accessible and more relevant to our campaigns, we are helping sellers show up more confidently, engage shoppers more effectively and make every opportunity on Lazada count.”

Lazada already offers seller education through Lazada University, which provides training and resources covering areas including content, operations, order fulfilment and platform policies.

The two companies are also exploring further initiatives to develop sellers’ creative capabilities. These include training workshops, dedicated Canva-related courses on Lazada University and special subscription offers.

“For many small businesses, every piece of content is an opportunity to introduce their brand, build trust and connect with a customer,” said Laura Kantor, country manager at Canva Philippines.

“We are excited to work with Lazada to make the creative process easier and more accessible for Filipino entrepreneurs. By bringing Canva’s design capabilities together with Lazada’s seller ecosystem, we hope to give more businesses the confidence and tools to communicate their ideas, showcase their products, and grow their presence online.”

The partnership therefore combines three elements of digital commerce support - creative capability, seller education and marketplace access - as Lazada looks to help local businesses make more of the opportunities available through eCommerce.

From AI-powered marketing and the friction economy to retention-led growth, DMA Philippines 2026 on 29 September in Manila will bring together marketers to tackle the opportunities and challenges shaping the next phase of digital transformation.
