Iris Singapore makes 3 new hires

Global creative network, Iris, has named hired Natalia Tan and Simone Raspagni as business directors, and Cheryl Cheong as the associate account director. According to the agency, this follows a series of new account wins over the last few months.Tan will be tasked to lead the new and growing Starbucks relationship with a focus on expansion from digital into customer and retail experience. Prior to joining Iris, Tan has worked with multi-national clients such as Pernod Ricard, BMW, Changi Airport and Samsung. She brings over 15 years’ experience spanning across strategic planning business leadership,  with a client portfolio including luxury, lifestyle and travel brands Southeast Asia.Meanwhile, Raspagni will be focusing will be on the growth and management of two of the agency’s cornerstone clients Samsung and Lego. Raspagni joins Iris from European creative shop, 180Kingsday Amsterdam where he led the European business for PlayStation and Under Armour. With this, he brings over extensive experience in creative brand building. Cheong joins from BBH and has worked with some of the most coveted brands such as Nike, Ikea, Vespa and NTUC Income.Both business directors will also play key roles in to aid the agency deepen client partnership, foster agency talent and champion creative excellence following the agency's recent growth. The duo will be reporting to Sorcha John, managing director of Iris Singapore.Meanwhile Cheong will be responsible with driving creative and strategic excellence across Chang and MBS. She will be reporting to Natalie Hellon.“Tan, Raspagni and Cheong are shining examples of smart, strategic and creatively led client partners. Their collective cross-category experience and passion adds significant firepower and momentum to the agency and I am thrilled to have them in the house,” John said.
