IDA looks for a social media agency

The Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA) is looking for a social media consultancy to provide services to enhance IDA’s strategy and daily operations for its corporate social media channels and strengthen IDA’s digital persona.

These corporate channels include Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn.

The agency will need to consult, research and develop the social media content for these channels. It will also need to audit and review of all of IDA’s social media presence and evaluate of the IDA’s current performance against a suitable list of industry metrics and benchmarks.

The chosen agency will need to propose strategies and promotional campaigns to improve the visibility of IDA’s social properties by achieving optimal engagement rate and to grow positive share of voice. IDA estimated that it will conduct eight to 10 such campaigns per year to publicise its events, activities and initiatives.

“The objectives are to increase fan base, increase community engagement, generate conversations and publicise IDA’s messages,” said the tender document seen by Marketing.

The tender closes on the 30July this month and a briefing will be held on 16 July, 10 am. Lena Goh was recently appointed as head marketing for the Infocomm Development Authority. She was last Maxus Singapore’s managing director.
