Panel of agencies appointed for HPB's creative business

The Health Promotion Board has appointed a panel of creative agencies for its creative business.The agencies are DDB Worldwide, Mangham Gaxiola, Three60 Degrees Consulting, Eitan and The Affiniti. This comes following a creative pitch it called this year.Marketing understands that following the appointment, HPB may enlist the services of any of the five chosen agencies to conduct communication duties. In an earlier tender document seen by Marketing, HPB had said it “may appoint multiple contractors for creative development and implementation services for integrated marketing and communication”. The worth of the account is unknown. HPB could not be reached for comment.The selected agencies are tasked to propose campaign strategy and mechanics to ensure that all key objectives of future HPB campaigns are met and will also have to plan, advise and assist HPB in implementing integrated marketing communication campaigns. According to Gebiz the appointment is for a year.Meanwhile, HPB has launched yet another tender looking to appoint an agency to handle media services for integrated marketing and communication campaigns.  Internally, the HPB is also looking to appoint a director of corporate marketing and communications division. The role was last held by Cassandra Tay, who joined the role in November 2013, replacing Vernon Vasu.
