Health Promotion Board has settled its media tender, with GroupM being appointed for the account, according to the government tender site. The account consists of advertising and PR duties. However Marketing understands the agency appointed is MEC. HPB and GroupM have yet to comment further on the appointment.
The tender was first opened in July.
The HPB has recently gone through a series of pitches for its creative business, finally appointing a panel of five agencies: DDB Worldwide, Mangham Gaxiola, Three60 Degrees Consulting, Eitan and The Affiniti.
Meanwhile, internally, it has been seeing a series of departures as well. It recently saw the exit of Cassandra Tay, its new director of corporate marketing and communications, as well as Brendan Sheares from its corporate communications team, amongst others.
It has now appointed Dawn Lee as its director of its corporate marketing division and Marissa Wong will be joining as its head of corporate communications.
