Omnicom Media Group agency Hearts & Science has expanded its pharmaceutical roster in Asia Pacific (APAC), adding Hyphens Pharma in Singapore and Allergan in Taiwan. These wins follow earlier 2025 additions such as Warner Bros. Discovery and AS Watson, highlighting the agency’s growing foothold in the region.
According to Hearts & Science, the new business underlines its rising traction in pharma and reinforces its reputation for strategic media innovation in healthcare.
In Singapore, Hearts & Science will handle integrated media planning for Hyphens Pharma, aligning media strategies with brand objectives and audience insights. The portfolio includes Ceradan, D-Vita, Fluanxol, and Rupafin.

In Taiwan, the agency secured Allergan’s media account by developing a strategic theme positioning the brand as a leader in aesthetic medicine. In conversations with MARKETING-INTERACTIVE, an OMG spokesperson noted that the incumbent on the account was Carat.
The spokesperson also confirmed that Hearts & Science began work on both accounts in February, with campaigns for Hyphens launching in March and Allergan in April.
“These new business wins deepen our pharmaceutical expertise and reflect the innovative talent that forms a crucial foundation for Hearts & Science. We are constantly seeking new ways to help brands build connections that matter and be where their consumers are. The new partnerships underscore the trust clients place in our capabilities and pave the way for even greater momentum and growth for Hearts & Science in the region," said Rochelle Chhaya, CEO of Hearts & Science APAC.
Chhaya was appointed Hearts & Science APAC CEO in January, reporting to Tony Harradine, CEO of Omnicom Media Group APAC. Having been with OMG for over 14 years and previously serving as CEO of OMG Thailand, she is the network’s first APAC CEO.
As one of her first priorities, Chhaya will oversee the launch of Hearts & Science’s operations in Malaysia and Taiwan in Q1 2025. She will also continue managing Thailand operations alongside OMG Thailand COO Jinnarat Sampuntharat and the executive team until her successor is named.
Leveraging OMG’s agency as a platform model that enables the network to draw talent and capabilities from across all of OMG and Omnicom, and powered by the Omni open operating system that supports all Omnicom agencies, Hearts & Science APAC has built a client roster that includes many global brands including Jaguar Land Rover, Popeye’s, Sanofi, Sony Pictures, Twinnings Teas, and Versuni; as well as regional powerhouse brands such as Bank of New Zealand, the Hoyts cinema chain, DBS Bank, Mamy Poko, Marigold, Rebsico, Hyphens Pharma, and Double Dragon Properties.
