Ubisoft picks Havas media

Ubisoft, a major entertainment developer and publisher, has named Havas Media as its media agency.The partnership will affect Ubisoft's entire global operations, as the company's offices in 17 countries in Europe and Australia will all be integrating Havas Media's complete offering of media, digital and specialist services. The move also aims to strengthen the central coordination and management of Ubisoft's central and local media activation.Ubisoft has created and managed many highly popular video game brands. Its diverse portfolio includes Assassin's Creed, Just Dance, Rayman and Far Cry, with the company's philosophy of providing unique and captivating gaming opportunities across all platforms being richly rewarded. According to a press statement, in recent times, its success has only continued with sales totaling 1,464 million for the 2014-15 fiscal year.Geoffroy Sardin, senior vice president sales & marketing at Ubisoft, said, “During the competitive pitch process the team where able to clearly demonstrate their vision that will provide answers to today’s challenges in the media landscape as well as supply us with insightful consumer understanding and meaningful connections through their approach to data driven content. ""In our more organic media landscape, the opportunities for forward thinking brands such as Ubisoft are unlimited,” Havas Media Group’s global managing director, Dominique Delport said. “The company is able to create valuable and shareable content to a digitally active audience and operate in a perpetually evolving entertainment industry. Having another trusted partner join Havas Media's network is also testament to the success of our integrated approach that places content and data at the core of our structure and philosophy".
