Happy Marketer has expanded its agency portfolio through the client wins of Guardian, A*STAR, MerrilCorp, Brother and IBF Singapore.
Guardian has appointed Happy Marketer as its social media agency for a period of one year. This is to drive engagement through content, community management and drive sales through in-store promos and eCommerce. The agency was chosen for its experience in helping retail clients (Pandora, JBL, Innisfree, Coffee Bean, Old Town) in Singapore not only drive reach but also drive sales related conversions, a statement read.
The agency was also appointed by A*STAR to manage website design and development for a period of six months. This is to design and develop a new mobile friendly website in a bid to make science more fun and accessible to the larger population in Singapore. In a statement to Marketing, the agency was chosen for its capabilities in designing mobile-friendly, search optimised websites that can drive lead generation.
Next, MerrilCorp has appointed the agency for integrated digital marketing duties for a period of one year. The objective of the appointment is to help the client formulate their digital strategy through digital audits, benchmarking and roadmaps, which the client could use to formulate their digital marketing plans.
The agency also bagged Brother’s performance marketing account, the length of appointment being a period of six months. The objective of the appointment is to drive online sales in the region for office stationery through SEM and programmatic media buy. The agency was tapped for its ability to drive online conversions via DMP-driven performance marketing ads on SEM and display, a statement read.
Lastly, the agency was appointed by IBF Singapore to handle social media and content marketing duties for a period of six months. This is to create a content strategy and drive engagement on social about the branded initiatives and their programs.
