Globe Business brings the autonomous enterprise to life with interactive tech zones

Globe Business has showcased how artificial intelligence (AI), cybersecurity, application programming interfaces (APIs) and network infrastructure can work together through four interactive Experience Rooms at G Summit 2026, giving business leaders a hands-on look at the concept of the autonomous enterprise.
The experience was designed to help enterprises understand how connected technologies can address operational challenges, from digital customer onboarding and cybersecurity to workflow automation and network resilience.
The initiative comes as businesses manage increasingly fragmented technology environments, with organisations overseeing an average of 120 applications, according to Globe Business.

“For business leaders, the challenge is knowing which technologies can make a real difference to their operations and how these can work together as they grow. We wanted them to leave the Experience Rooms with a clearer view of what is possible today, what is coming next, and how they can apply these technologies to their own business,” said Glenn Estrella, vice president at Globe Business.
One of the four zones, Cyberheist, demonstrated layered cybersecurity through live attack simulations projected across a floor-to-wall digital grid. Participants could observe how security solutions responded to multi-directional threats in real time.
The demonstration featured secure access service edge (SASE), API security, cloud security and Zimperium MAPS, alongside Orca Security's agentless scanning capabilities for identifying vulnerabilities and auditing cloud AI assets. The setup illustrated how different security layers could operate together to protect enterprise systems.

Meanwhile, the API Hub placed participants in a simulated digital loan application journey, demonstrating how telco data and connected systems could simplify customer onboarding. Using G Verify and SMS API, participants experienced account creation and identity verification, alongside previews of potential developments in electronic know-your-customer (eKYC), consent management and credibility scoring.
The demonstration highlighted how background identity verification could reduce reliance on one-time passwords (OTPs), helping businesses address friction during digital transactions while strengthening identity checks.
AI-powered operations took centre stage in the Gemini Agent Force room, where participants explored how customised enterprise AI agents could connect to internal repositories and search tools to automate departmental workflows.

The experience also featured Google's Nano Banana image-generation technology, demonstrating how visual AI could be applied to retail interactions. Through Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX), participants further explored a finance-focused scenario in which an AI agent supported customer engagement through more natural conversations.
The final zone, Orchestrated Infrastructure, focused on connectivity and operational continuity under pressure. It featured fibre-to-the-office (FTTO), Cloud PC, Quantum Safe Network (QSN) and AI Cube, culminating in a demonstration of Globe Business' AI WAN.
The in-house predictive network engine simulated a port shutdown, detected the disruption and automatically applied a network configuration to restore connectivity without human intervention. The demonstration illustrated how automated fault detection and traffic rerouting could help enterprises maintain operations when physical devices or network links fail.
Together, the four zones presented Globe Business' vision of an autonomous enterprise, in which connected networks, APIs, security systems and AI work as an integrated environment rather than separate technology investments.
Through G Summit 2026, Globe Business sought to make these capabilities tangible for business leaders, showing how emerging technologies could be applied to customer experiences, security and day-to-day operations.
