Globe Telecom has appointed longtime executive KD Dizon (pictured) as its new chief marketing officer, effective 1 June 2026.

Dizon reports directly to Globe’s chief commercial officer Darius Delgado. She brings more than two decades of experience at Globe, spanning consumer, business and customer lifecycle management.

Before taking on the CMO role, she served as head of Globe Business, where she led strategy and solutions for enterprise and SME customers.

Her previous work at the telecommunications company also includes nearly two decades in its consumer mobile business. During that time, she was involved in the launch of products including GoSakto, GOMO, ThePLAN and GPlan with GCash.

Dizon has also held leadership roles in customer lifecycle management, where she built Globe’s Automated Campaign platform and established the company's Loans business.

In her new role, Dizon will lead Globe's multi-portfolio marketing organisation, with a remit spanning market leadership, market share growth and customer experience.

The appointment comes as Globe seeks to bring its portfolios closer together under a unified brand approach, with Dizon tasked with strengthening customer relationships and consistency across touchpoints.
