1. Sun Life nabs HSBC Life exec as HK marketing chief

Sun Life Hong Kong has appointed Luzanne Chong (pictured) as its new chief client and marketing officer, reporting to Mahima Tankha Marwah, chief client experience and marketing for Asia, Sun Life and Clement Lam, CEO, Sun Life Hong Kong.
Most recently, she served as chief commercial officer at HSBC Life Singapore, leading commercialisation, strategic planning, brand, marketing, customer experience, digital and data initiatives for the insurer.

2. Why Zouk is turning childhood nostalgia into nightmare fuel

Zouk is turning childhood nostalgia on its head this Halloween, transforming its newly renovated complex into a playground of forgotten toys, warped childhood favourites and immersive worlds.
Running across 30 and 31 October, "PLAY DEAD" marks Zouk's first Halloween weekend since its full relaunch and will span four of its venues, each reimagined as a different world inspired by abandoned toys and childhood memories.

As Luckin Coffee reaches 100 stores in Singapore just three years after entering the market, the coffee chain is looking to deepen its local relevance by leaning on consumer insights, product innovation and collaborations.
Speaking to MARKETING-INTERACTIVE, a Luckin Coffee spokesperson said the brand's growth in Singapore has been driven by a combination of product innovation, accessibility, convenience and local relevance.
