It’s a widely-known fact that Malaysians love food – so much so that the greeting “Have you eaten?” is more popular than “How are you?”
Banking on the trend, this year, Gaviscon Malaysia has invited Malaysians to share their Chinese New Year food photos and stand a chance to win ang pows worth a total of RM10,000. The campaign, even before Chinese New Year began, received over 1,435 entries. Meanwhile #GavisconSG received 794 entries.
The other campaign hashtags such as #CNYHochiak featured, garnered a total of 2,280 entries. The campaign will run until the end of the month.
