Forgame Holdings has appointed Strategic Public Relations Group to manage its investor relations and public communications programme in Hong Kong.
Established in 2009, Forgame has quickly risen to become a leading developer and publisher of webgames in China with a fast-growing mobile game business.
Following its successful listing debut in Hong Kong on October last year, Forgame continues to broaden its game portfolio while enriching its leading publishing platform – 91wan, and further expands into the mobile gaming market. SPRG is to manage its IR, corporate and financial communications activities in Hong Kong.
Forgame was China’s number one webgame developer, with a 24% market share of net revenue in the webgame development industry during 2012, according to iResearch, an independent research institution.
Forgame’s publishing platform, 91wan, has released 79 self-developed and licensed webgames, attracting more than 179 million registered players as at 30 June 2013.
Forgame’s webgames can be played on 91wan, as well as through an extensive network of more than 350 publishing partners, including popular websites operated by Tencent, Qihoo360, YY and 4399.
