The markets include Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia, Pakistan, Taiwan, Philippines, Bangladesh, Laos, Cambodia, and Myanmar.

When MARKETING-INTERACTIVE reached out, Lim said that she valued her time at foodpanda and the opportunity to work with "such an amazing team."

"After some thought, I felt it was the right time to move on and focus on opportunities that support my growth. I’m grateful for the experience and proud of what we achieved together, and I wish foodpanda continued success," she added.

"As we continue this process, foodpanda remains focused on delivering on our core business priorities across the the region, while deepening engagement with our customers, delivery partners and wider communities," said foodpanda.

Meanwhile, in Malaysia, foodpanda has appointed Kenneth Soh as its new managing director as the delivery platform sharpens its focus on growth and everyday relevance in the country.

Soh was previously country manager for Malaysia at PropertyGuru Group, where he led the growth of both PropertyGuru and iProperty platforms. He also previously held senior leadership roles at Shopee Malaysia, overseeing platform growth, marketing, commercial development and external communications.
