New Zealand-based dairy brand Fonterra has appointed MediaCom as its agency for 10 markets across the region, sources have told Marketing.
In November, Fonterra shortlisted media agencies Carat, OMD and MediaCom for the final round of the review for its regional media account.
The pitch was called earlier in August to select the agency for 10 markets across the region, namely, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, United Arab Emirates and the Philippines.
In September, the dairy company shortlisted media agencies Carat, OMD, Mediabrands, MediaCom and ZenithOptimedia for the second phase of the review. ZenithOptimedia was shortlisted only for the Vietnam market.
Independent marketing consultancy R3 is handling the review.
