Flux Creative Universe (FCU), which counts Idenya Flux as one of the agencies within the network, has created a IDR1 billion fund in recognition of award-winning local art directors and copywriters. FCU founder Yohanes Auri told MARKETING-INTERACTIVE that the funds come from him and that FCU is currently still in the midst of the selection process where it will be selecting a pair of art director and copywriter through a one-to-one interview process with Auri.
The candidates will be asked questions with regards to their strengths, aspirations, their needs when building a creative agency and more. The funds will be initially distributed to the seven entities under FCU, including Idenya Flux, Farmer, Sugar Rush, NXL, and Flux Design, before being progressively rolled out to the selected candidates of the fund. The reason for this is to increase productivity among the business units and essentially, help support the business and management of FCU as a holding group, explained Auri.
As a holding group in the creative and advertising fields, FCU acknowledges that art directors and copywriters play an important role in producing quality work, and wants to help them succeed. Auri said that he wants to “provide a platform and business opportunity for every outstanding art director and copywriter to build his own advertising agency”. “Every person who excels has the opportunity to continue to develop his talents and abilities,” he added.
FCU was formed last Novemberlast year by advertising and digital agency Idenya Flux. FCU serves as a holding group that focuses on building creative business networks with a collection of entities with diverse abilities, characters, and strengths. Each entity under FCU is led by elected representatives.
