Fitch makes APAC leadership changes

Branding and retail consultancy Fitch has made changes to its APAC leadership.Christophe Guillot has been appointed business development director for Asia Pacific, reporting into CEO Asia Pacific, Ian Bellhouse. He has over twelve years of experience in Hong Kong, China and the region leading research activities in the luxury industry focusing on customer service and experience. Guillot has worked with a wide selection of luxury brands such as Swatch Group, Hermes, Samsonite, DFS and Rolex.Jessalynn Chen, previously business development associate director, has been promoted to client director, overseeing Fitch’s key client business and relationships across the region. With over nine years at Fitch, Chen has played a key role in planning and activating a broad range of new business and marketing initiatives. She will switch from her current role with immediate effect.Bellhouse said: “We have a growing base of clients in this fast moving and innovating hungry region of the world who are engaging us to design and deliver integrated ‘omnichannel’ customer experiences. These management changes will enable us to expand our foot print in the region more rapidly and better serve our clients to achieve greater commercial success.”
