Premium mixer brand Fever-Tree has appointed Involved Media as its agency of record across Australia, handing the independent media agency responsibility for communications strategy, media planning and buying.

The win follows Involved Media’s recent appointment to the CareSuper account and strengthens its position in the FMCG and lifestyle category.

“Our presence in the Australian market has grown significantly in recent years and we have strong plans to continue this growth,” said Caroline Wood, head of marketing at Fever-Tree. “We’re very pleased to embark on this next phase, and we know that with Involved Media we have a trusted partner who can help us take the brand to the next level.”

Sarah Keith, managing director of Involved Media, said the appointment marked an expansion of the agency’s full-service remit with the brand. “We’re incredibly excited to become the agency of record for an amazing brand like Fever-Tree,” she said.

Dan Hojnik, general manager and strategy lead at Involved Media, added: “Fever-Tree is a brand that doesn’t follow convention, it sets it. This win is a brilliant opportunity to partner with a premium challenger brand at a time when consumer expectations, drinking occasions and category boundaries are all evolving.”

Involved Media handles more than AU$100 million in billings across clients including Hertz, Thrifty, Anytime Fitness, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and Better Help.
