ROVERS Creative has appointed advertising industry veteran Yohana Setiawati as its new business director, bolstering its leadership team as the Indonesian agency looks to sustain its rapid expansion and deepen relationships with brands.
The appointment marks the latest milestone for the agency, which operates under Future Creative Network (FCN). Founded in August 2022 with a team of just two people, ROVERS Creative has grown to more than 40 employees over the past four years, building a client portfolio that includes Permata Bank, Indofood, Ajinomoto, Diamond Food Indonesia, TikTok Indonesia, Yamaha Motor Indonesia, Hyundai Motor and Indonesia's ministry of creative economy.
Setiawati (pictured, right), also known as Joe, joins ROVERS after senior roles at Dwi Sapta and dentsu Indonesia, where she worked with brands including Bank Mandiri, XL, Pacific Food Indonesia and Enesis Group. She brings experience in integrated marketing communications, client management and business development.

The agency said her appointment is intended to strengthen its business capabilities while supporting FCN's broader ambition of building world-class leadership across its network.
"Since our earliest days, we have believed that great creativity needs great business partnership to deliver real impact. Joe brings exactly the kind of sharp client acumen and business thinking that complements what we do creatively. I am genuinely excited about this next chapter. I believe ROVERS is well-positioned to take an even bigger role in shaping Indonesia's creative industry," said Wirastomo Hadi (pictured, left), founder and creative director of ROVERS Creative.
Setiawati said she was attracted by both the agency's creative culture and its client portfolio.
"Joining ROVERS is a genuinely exciting step for me. What Wiras and the team have built here, the creative culture and the calibre of clients, speaks for itself. I'm here to strengthen the business side of that equation: deeper client relationships, smarter growth, and more opportunities to show what ROVERS and FCN can do for brands in Indonesia," she said.
ROVERS said the combination of Setiawati's business leadership and client partnership expertise with Hadi's creative direction is expected to strengthen its end-to-end service offering in Indonesia.
