希尔顿在大中华区的第100家酒店在泉州泉商希尔顿酒店正式开业，这也是福建首家希尔顿酒店及度假村品牌酒店，同时也是希尔顿在中国的第40家酒店。希尔顿亚太区品牌管理副总裁肖恩•伍登（Sean Wooden）表示：「近100年来希尔顿一直引以为傲的是我们服务于来自全球的宾客，持续创新和重新定义好客之道。随着我们在闽首家希尔顿酒店及度假村品牌酒店的正式开业，我们将为休闲和商务旅客带来无与伦比的酒店体验。」希尔顿大中华区及蒙古高级营运副总裁麦金信（Bruce McKenzie）补充表示，该酒店集团目前正筹建230多家酒店。
