The QTS Scheme, a program ran by HKTB since 1999, opens to merchants providing high standards of quality who have passed a stringent annual assessment.

The purpose of the scheme is to give service providers of retail, restaurant and budget visitor accommodation quality benchmarks for visitors during their stay in Hong Kong.

HKTB also works with QTS merchants on various marketing and partnership programs and makes the scheme serves as a form of identification for them.

DT Communications will work towards getting more merchants to participate in this scheme and HKTB’s initiatives so as to help further improve and promote the overall service standards of Hong Kong.
