Di9it appoints Venessa Balao as CRM director

Di9it, the digital creative agency of DM9 JaymeSyfu, has hired Vanessa Balao as its director for customer relationship management.

Vanessa (pictured) started her advertising career in Mediacom as a communications planner. She then moved on to Movent (formerly NetBooster Asia) as part of the CRM Team working on brands that include Starbucks, Wyeth, Globe Telecom and Del Monte Philippines.

“At the heart of digital is fostering deeper relationships with consumers and this is where eCRM comes in. There are so many potential digital touch points like social and mobile and we believe that Vanessa has the expertise, experience, and creative instinct to help our clients make the most out of eCRM.” Di9it Managing Director & Partner Carlo Ople shared in a press release.
