Dentsu Aegis Network has acquired Flexmedia, a digital advertising agency in Thailand.
Joining one of Dentsu Aegis’ eight global network brands – global performance marketing agency iProspect – the agency will be known as Flexmedia iProspect.
The acquisition will scale iProspect’s digital credentials and strengthen the Dentsu Aegis Network business locally.
Flexmedia is a digital agency led by Nathamon Kongthananon, chief executive officer, Komjak Kamthornpasinee, chief marketing officer and Pichit Chearjaraswongs, chief technology officer. The agency is currently servicing international and local brands such as Sumsung, Sansiri, and Siam Commercial Bank.
Kongthananon will continue as CEO of Flexmedia iProspect, reporting to Amornsak Sakpuaram CEO Dentsu Aegis Network Thailand.
The iProspect business in Thailand, led by acting managing director Preeda Silpa-archa, has grown its client list across the market to include companies such as AIS, L’Oreal and Microsoft. The agency offers services in performance marketing including paid and natural search, performance display, conversion optimisation, mobile marketing, and web analytics.
