DDB names new digital business head

DDB Hong Kong appointed Justin Foo digital business head and group account director at DDB Tribal Worldwide, effective immediately.

Foo has relocated from Guangzhou where he was the Asia Pacific accounts director at shopper marketing agency Shoptology handling blue-chip clients such as Lenovo, Schweppes, Estée Lauder and Hang Lung Properties.

Now based in Hong Kong, he is overseeing the Tribal DDB digital business and client portfolio.

At Shoptology, he managed all existing agency accounts, including requirements gathering, proposal development, presentations and executions.

He was also responsible for mobilising and managing internal and outsource resources, suppliers and vendors to ensure collaboration, deliverability and quality.

Before that, he was in Leo Burnett’s Kuala Lumpur office as digital accounts director in new business, where he covered the agency’s digital and integrated ecosystem, campaign strategies, pitches and tenders, including branding, web, e-commerce, social media, mobile, online media and CRM.

Foo was with Leo Burnett Kuala Lumpur for almost two years working across key accounts such as Coca-Cola, Phillip Morris International, Reckitt Benckiser, Maxis Telecommunications, Ministry of Youth and Sports Malaysia, and the Nation Branding Division at the Prime Minister’s Office of Malaysia.
