Dah Sing Bank has launched a new campaign for its VIP banking, highlighting its commitment to empowering affluent and high-net-worth customers in navigating an increasingly dynamic investment market.

Also known as "Intelligent Wealth solutions ∙ Unlocking new opportunities" (智策 新機遇), the campaign aims to convey the message of helping customers capture opportunities and plan for the future through a high-tech, high-touch service model.

As part of the campaign, Dah Sing Bank has released two videos on its YouTube channel. One video highlights how the bank empowers a mother by integrating AI-supported market intelligence with professional advisory services, providing timely insights that help customers navigate market changes and pursue their long-term financial goals.

Meanwhile, the other video highlights the recent introduction of the bank's 24-hour US stock trading services, enabling a father to seize investment opportunities across global time zones with greater flexibility.

The video also highlights VIP banking’s suite of wealth and legacy planning solutions, supporting customers at every stage. Beyond investment services—ranging from principal‑protected solutions and bonds to sophisticated structured products—the bank also provides protection and legacy planning offerings delivered in partnership with Sun Life. These include multi‑currency insurance plans and the newly launched annuity insurance plan, helping them protect, build, and transfer wealth in alignment with their personal and family goals while offering customers the flexibility to support their global living needs.

Back in July 2023, Dah Sing Bank and Sun Life Hong Kong joined forces in an exclusive 15-year bancassurance partnership. Sun Life is the exclusive provider of life insurance solutions to the bank’s 570,000 retail banking customers to fulfill their savings and protection needs at different life stages. The partnership combines Sun Life’s comprehensive and competitive suite of life and health insurance solutions, with Dah Sing’s trusted brand, franchise, and distribution network of over 40 branches in Hong Kong. The distribution of Sun Life products will be anticipated to start in July 2023.
