Consunji, Gutierrez named joint CEO of Campaigns & Grey PH

Campaigns & Grey Philippines (C&G) will now be headed by joint CEOs Boboy Consunji and Cherry Gutierrez starting this month following the departure of group chairperson and founder Yoly Ong.The duo will equally share handling Campaigns & Grey’s overall operations in Manila, Visayas and Mindanao. Before the appointment, Consunji (left) was C&G’s chief operating officer while Gutierrez (right) was managing director for Campaigns & Grey and Campaigns Social Response.“Both have been with us for many years. They have been groomed to help grow your business even more, and lead Campaigns & Grey to greater heights,” Ong said in a statement.Consunji was tasked with the setting up of Neuron in 2005. His over 10 years of experience include work with URC, Digitel, Rockwell Land and Emperador Distillers. Meanwhile, Gutierrez joined C&G in 1992 and has handled key brand launches for P&G, San Miguel, DelMonte, GSK, Wyeth, URC and Sanofi.“It’s sad to see her leave the building and I am sure everyone feels the same way. Our partnership has been a long and successful one and I would like to express my gratitude to her for all her valuable contributions, not just in the Philippines market but to the network as well, Nirvik Singh, chairman & CEO of Grey Group Asia Pacific, commented on Ong’s leave,“I wish Yoly all the very best in her future endeavours. In Boboy and Cherry, we have two very strong leaders whom I know will be taking Campaigns & Grey onto the next level in this fast developing market,” he adds.
