Customer engagement and retention platform CleverTap has expanded its operations in the Thailand market with three new customers wins, namely dining app Hungry Hub, service provider Seekster, and home furnishing retailer Index Living Mall. These three customers add on to its existing customer, Gojek-backed app GET. Working with Audience IQ as its digital partner, CleverTap’s platform allows customers to move from simple acquisition and activation to engagement, monetisation, and retention. Some of the brands CleverTap works with are Vodafone, Star, Sony, Discovery, Fandango LATAM, Carousell, and Gojek.
Gaurav Gupta, AVP of sales, Thailand, CleverTap, said with the mobile economy in Thailand “seeing enormous mobile growth”, the introduction of CleverTap’s platform in Thailand allows marketers to deliver real-time, omnichannel communications for consumer brands in new ways, enable improved customer loyalty, increase customer lifetime value.
