Additionally, it will be responsible for the creation of relevant and impactful mainstream, online and social media coverage for Circles.Life to further bolster the positioning and messaging the brand has to offer in addition to consultancy services.
When MARKETING-INTERACTIVE reached out, TEAM LEWIS noted that work is already in progress and that the agency supported Circles.Life on its recent Circle of Joy campaign.
"We are constantly revolutionising our digital service experience, while continuously reinventing ourselves to stay relevant for our ever-changing customers’ needs," said Rameez Ansar, one of the founders of Circles.Life. "TEAM LEWIS has demonstrated an understanding of the brand and provided a strategic direction in line with our brand messaging.”
Adding on, Pamela Tor Das, the managing director of TEAM LEWIS Singapore said, "Circles.Life is known for making innovative and bold moves that have made waves across Singapore's telco industry. We are thrilled to be its partner of choice for integrated communications in Singapore and can’t wait to showcase what else the brand has to offer.”
The appointment followed a competitive pitch for the account last December, with the appointment being finalised in March 2023. The appointment was effective from 1 April and will be for a year.
The win comes shortly after Circles.Life named Brian Finn as its new chief business officer in November last year. In his role, Finn will lead business strategy formulation, drive operational excellence and advance financial growth for Circles.Life. Finn comes with over 25 years of experience in the international telecom industry, with the last 17 years in various executive roles. Prior to Circles, he was the group CCO at VEON, a global digital operator that provides mobile services to 217 million customers.
Finn also previously held senior executive roles at Digicel Group, Vodafone, eircom PLC and Hewlett-Packard. In addition, Finn has worked in markets such as Europe to the Caribbean and Latin America.
