Changi Airport Group (CAG) has called a pitch for its media buying duties. The new contract will run for two years with an option to extend for another two and a briefing will be held this Wednesday at 4 pm at Changi Airport.
Ivan Tan, senior vice president from CAG confirmed the news to Marketing adding that the pitch will be internally managed.
The incumbent agency on the business is ZenithOptimedia and the contract with the agency is set to conclude in June this year. The new contract will run from 1 July 2015 onwards.
Marketing understands that the media spend for CAG last year was approximately SG$8 million.
Meanwhile, CAG has also extended its relationship with JWT Singapore and the agency will continue to handle CAG’s creative account until March 2016 next year. The agency was first appointed in February 2013.
Recently, CAG launched its “I’m Home” online campaign to celebrate the company’s vision and pay tribute to the nation’s 50th birthday. A song and film was launched to celebrate its commitment to service and attention to detail that has defined the brand.
