Castlewood Group partners with TV show The Apartment

Singapore-based developer Castlewood Group has struck a deal with  TV show, The Apartment, to become the exclusive property partner of its latest installment: The Apartment Celebrity Edition.Produced by Imagine Group, the show will debut on Star World across more than 20 territories later in the year. The new branded partnership sees 12 celebrity contestants battle it out to win US$100,000 for their chosen charity. As part of the deal, Castlewood Group has provided each of the four celebrity teams with a luxurious villa from its latest development as the contestants work around the clock to transform the villas within their allocated budget and timeframe.Chris Comer, CEO, Castlewood Group, said: “We are thrilled to be partnering with The Apartment team [...] The region has gone through an almighty transformation as it has developed into a global tourist hub, so we are not only delighted to showcase our flagship project, but also the true beauty of Phuket. The new celebrity format and the charity donation was something I personally requested, as our hotel brand is renowned for its celebrity following, whilst giving back to charity and local communities is something that is very close to my heart."Jeremy Rowe, managing director, decorative paints, Southeast and South Asia at AkzoNobel, the manufacturer of Dulux, said: “We have a long-standing partnership with The Apartment from the very first season, and this is the fourth consecutive year that we provide the contestants with access to the latest interior design tools and resources.
