Ad tech company Cartelux has appointed Raoul Picello as global industry lead – automotive.

In this newly created role, Picello will focus on increasing the brands' adoption of Cartelux across APAC, EMEA and the Americas.

Based in Hong Kong, Picello will also draw on his deep experience across global auto, original equipment manufacturer and dealer operations to influence new product development of custom Cartelux solutions for the industry.

“Cartelux is by far the best marketing tool for dealers I have seen in my three decades in the automotive industry. I’m delighted to give my industry colleagues the opportunity to revolutionise their dealer networks’ retail marketing worldwide with speed, agility, and cost efficiency through leveraging the power of Cartelux," said Picello.

A global industry veteran with 30 years experience across luxury and volume brands, Picello has held managing director roles in Europe with Toyota, Mazda, Nissan and Kia. He joins Cartelux from his position as managing director of the Infinti Motor Company Asia & Oceania. He also previously served as Infinti’s vice president for Western Europe and Russia, as Nissan's vice president for sales in Europe and as vice president in sales and marketing for Fiat in India.

"Picello is a highly respected automotive industry leader and it is an honour to be working with him as we roll out global programmes for the world’s most innovative automotive manufacturers,” said Josh Williams, Cartelux's founder and CEO.
