Restaurant brand Din Tai Fung Singapore has appointed Carbon Interactive as its social media agency of record for a period of one year. The appointment comes without a pitch. The company was previously working with Collab Singapore.
Carbon Interactive will be tasked with undertaking duties such as social media consultancy, content creation, community management and analytics.

With the appointment of Carbon as our social media agency, we hope to be able to leverage on Carbon’s expertise to enhance our online engagement with our customers.
