BMW Malaysia has settled in media and PR agencies in Malaysia following pitches.
The media buying duties has been awarded to Zenith and Cohn and Wolfe has been appointed to PR.
Confirming the appointments, Sashi Ambi, head, corporate communications told A+M the contracts are for a year with an option to extend it for another year, depending on further evaluation.
The media pitch was called in September last year.
The creative duties for the brand continue to remain with Ogilvy and Mather.
Most recently, it appointed Next Digital KL as its customer relationship management (CRM) agency for the year 2015 and 2016. Next Digital is responsible for supporting BMW Malaysia’s CRM needs including BMW’s White Card Programme which offers exclusive privileges specifically tailored for BMW owners in the country.
