Six months after launching the successful “Audi on demand” service in Hong Kong, Audi Hong Kong is upgrading the premium mobility service by launching three new hubs and welcoming new additions to expand the existing fleet this year. This expansion continues to allow eligible driving enthusiasts to travel whenever and wherever they want with their family and friends at the touch of a button.Starting this June, Pacific Place in Admiralty will function as the main Audi on demand hub on Hong Kong Island for eligible city drivers to hop in and drive away with their favourite Audi cars. Pacific Place is the first shopping mall in Hong Kong to collaborate with the brand to provide this premium mobility service. This announcement builds further on the chauffeur service Audi on demand has offered to Pacific Place’s above Black members since December.Drivers residing at New World Development’s Mount Pavilia in Sai Kung and Kerry Properties' Mantin Heights in Ho Man Tin can now enjoy the luxury and convenience of picking up and returning their chosen Audi rides right at their doorsteps. In addition to these new hubs, the Audi on demand fleet will also add new models. From featuring 10 models at launch, the Audi on demand fleet now boasts 17 models for Hong Kong drivers to enjoy and experience, include the compact Q2, the 7-seater premium SUV Q7, the open-top TT Roadster and S5 Cabriolet, the high-performance models S3, S4, S5, SQ5, RS3 Sportback, RS5 Coupe, RS6 performance and the supercar R8. The fleet is expected to expand further by the end of the year to a range of 40, which will include the TTRS Roadster and the all-new RS 4 Avant.“Audi Hong Kong is the Asian hub for implementing new kinds of mobility strategies and digitization for Audi. All of us here are excited to announce the further upgrade of the already formidable premium mobility service – Audi on demand,” said Lothar Korn, Managing Director of Audi Hong Kong.“By opening three new hubs and giving Hong Kong drivers more options to choose from the fleet, we not only continue to make urban mobility easier all over the city, but also provide a platform for potential customers and wider audience to enjoy our high-performance models. With the expansion of ‘Audi on demand’, Audi takes another step forward towards its mission to build a seamless brand experience with easily-accessible customer service features,” Korn continues.Booking Audi’s exclusive models through “Audi on demand” requires registration before selecting pick-up location and Audi car of choice. When finished, customers can proceed to their preferred pick-up locations and show their confirmation QR code, ID and driver’s license before hopping into their booked Audi to start their journey.
