Astro Originals is taking storytelling off the screen with a bold, interactive out-of-home (OOH) installation for its hit series Generasi: Perfect 10. The lenticular display, created in collaboration with Naga DDB Tribal, is now on view at KLCC Convex Crossing, inviting passersby to experience the drama’s central theme of duality in a visually striking way.
The installation features lead characters Ezie (Arena Wan) and Victoria (Arabella Ellen), and challenges viewers with the question: “Choose how you win". Using a lenticular printing technique, the display shifts images as audiences move past, revealing opposing realities—light and discipline versus power and ambition—mirroring the moral conflicts faced by the characters on screen.

"Astro is always exploring creative ways to bring our stories to life beyond the screen," said Benjamin Woo, head of group marketing at Astro. "The Generasi: Perfect 10 lenticular installation does exactly that. It transforms storytelling into an experience, engaging audiences to see and feel the conflict that defines our characters. It’s a bold, innovative expression of what Astro Originals stands for."
Meanwhile, Erman Basiron, creative director at Naga DDB Tribal shared: “We wanted to take the show’s core theme of choice and bring it off-screen in a way that stops people in their tracks. The lenticular format makes audiences experience the duality and internal struggle of the characters, allowing them to shift their own perspective.”
Premiered in September 2025, Generasi: Perfect 10 follows Ezie, a spirited teenage gymnast, and her peers as they navigate the pressures of competition, mentorship, and moral integrity. The show, which has already broken into the top ten on Astro One and Astro Sooka within its first week, is notable for its focus on women in leadership roles and the human stories behind elite athletes. Malaysian gymnastics icon Farah Ann also served as a consultant to ensure authenticity in the series.

The series marks the long-form directorial debut of Sling Ng from Directors Think Tank, who is better known for her award-winning commercial work. “To be able to stretch from commercials to a full-length series is a dream come true,” Sling said. “Working with such a talented cast and crew has had its challenging moments, but it’s really worth it.” Showrunner Nas Addina, who led the writers’ room, emphasised that having a woman director was crucial to delivering the show’s authentic female perspective.
Generasi: Perfect 10 runs for eight episodes, with new installments premiering weekly across Astro platforms, including Astro Ria, Astro Citra, On Demand, and Sooka. The KLCC installation complements the series’ narrative by turning the dualities explored on screen into a tangible, off-screen experience.
For Astro, the lenticular OOH is more than a billboard, it’s a way to make audiences pause, reflect, and interact. “This installation is a great example of how compelling storytelling can meet bold creative innovation. Proof that great ideas can live beyond the screen,” Woo added.
