Assist Card picks The Thinking Machine Asia for Indonesia creative duties

Travel assistance brand Assist Card has appointed The Thinking Machine Asia (TTM) as its creative agency.  The appointment, which is for the Indonesia market only, runs from October 2017 to December 2018 and is worth around US$250,000.The agency will be responsible for building awareness and helping to grow the business for Assist Card in Indonesia. It will also be responsible for developing an integrated marketing communications campaign for 2018. Work is slated to roll out from December 2017 onwards.In a statement to Marketing confirming the move, Sandeep Bangara (pictured), president director of Assist Card, added that the agency will also be responsible for its digital content marketing.  Additionally, TTM will help build the brand’s social media presence to drive sales while creating “unforgettable experiences” for both in-bound and out-bound travellers from Indonesia.“We are happy to partner with TTM in our journey to grow Assist Card as a brand. It was quite stimulating to see how TTM understood the category and created creative solutions that we can own for longer period of time,” Bangara added.“We Indonesians are travellers. We love to pack our bags on every possible occasion and see the world. So it was a very close to heart opportunity for us to highlight the importance of travel assistance and grow the category,” Lita Natanagara, general manager, The Thinking Machine Asia, added.Assist Card, a travel assistance organisation originating from Switzerland, currently has a presence in countries such as Latin America, Central America and Asia. They provide emergency assistance to passengers, permanently, regardless of the condition, anywhere, anytime.
