Asia Miles launches "Merry-Go-Miles Day" as 20th anniversary continues

In January, Asia Miles unveiledĀ a new logo to mark the commencement of the year-long anniversary celebration. As the next milestone of the celebration,Ā the loyalty programme provider today launched theĀ Asia Miles 20thĀ Anniversary Merry-Go-Miles Day at the AIA Great European Carnival to further engage its members.During the event, members can collect stamps to redeem a scratch card to receive limited edition merchandise and a chance to win up to 20,000 Asia Miles.Ā The Asia Miles Lobster Pot game also gives members the chance to bringĀ home a limited edition teddy bear.In June 2018, Asia Miles overhauled miles accumulation and redemption on Cathay Pacific flights. Paul Smitton,Ā CEO of Asia Miles, said the amount of flight redemption has increased by 20% after the revamp. Also notably, since the first Asia Miles chartered flight between Hong Kong and Osaka was highly welcomed by members, the company is now considering launching a chartered flights scheme in the future.Asia Miles also plans to upgrade the website this year to offer a smoother redemption experience and lower the burden of its call centre.
