Artefact appoints Edouard de Mezerac as managing partner

Digital Agency Artefact has appointed Edouard de Mezerac as managing partner, head of data & consulting, APAC. De Mezerac joins from US-based management consulting firm Oliver Wyman where he was most recently a partner and head of data & analytics for Asia-Pacific based out of Shanghai. With 12 years’ experience in consulting across Europe, the US and China for the past two years, de Mezerac will bring experiences in data consulting and a deep understanding of helping clients on their challenges in his new position. "Data and its understanding are among the top concern of any CEO or executive committee today, so I feel honoured to bring my experience to our clients so we can tackle these challenges together," says de Mezerac. According to Artefact's statement, Mezerac and his team will focus on help clients making sense of the huge amount of data they collect with AI-supported analytics and consulting. De Mezerac added, "The team already includes more than 15 people, bringing together expertise in Data Science, Data Engineering, and Business Consulting. Our plans are to double the size of the practice this year to address the growing regional demand."
